Am excessively bored at the moment, so I'm doing what I shouldn't be doing... reading
more movie reviews...
Now obviously a guy wrote this one
"Twilight has a lot of mood, little story"i find this bit particularly entertaining
The problem is, with the hype surrounding the first film based on Stephenie Meyer’s best-selling young adult novels, 98 percent of the audience knows Edward is a vampire before the movie starts.
All i can say is..."Well Duuh!!"
Or
Twilight doesn't meet fans' expectationsobviously this person isn't a twilighter... i mean, this comment...
That's what I wanted going on in my head when I saw "Twilight". Instead, I thought, "This sucks. Is the book really this corny?
AND this was the most shocking of all she had to say...
Let's just look at Edward. Played by Robert Pattinson, he certainly dresses very well and I'm sure many teenage hearts flutter at the very sight of his picture, but he just didn't do anything for me. The storyline is full of intense scenes with lots of emotions and Pattinson just could not deliver.
The intense stares almost always made him look like he was constipated and watching him try to come up with some sort of energy between Edward and Bella just looked painful.
From what i've seen of the trailers, i feel he's overcompensating for Kristen...
And this quote from another
review ended with this:
However, as one of my non-Twilight fans put it, “Robert Pattinson makes up for everything.”
