After the Midnight Sun leak, we at Fire and Ice think we should show Stephenie our support for her decision, that we're sorry for the delay, but that we'll wait for as long as it takes.

Okay, so my suggestion?

We all write a brief paragraph (or a page, or several pages, depending on what you want to say) about what Steph means to us, and how much we appreciate her, and how sorry we are that this has happened, then send them to the podcast email, and I'll stick them into a really pretty book and post it to Hachette?

I'll advertise whatever we decide on the podcast this week :)

I think we should arrange donations for one or two wonderful gifts as well as the letters of support.
Also, if ppl want to do handwritten letters (and/or some amazing artwork, if you're one of those talented ppl) you can send them to my PO Box address: Elaina Corcoran PO Box 405, Castle Hill, NSW, 1765
(we have contact with Elizabeth - Stephenie's publicist - and can send the package straight to Steph too, btw)

the overall theme of the letters, in addition to general support, should be along the lines of 'we are also against the unauthorised leaking of an aritst's work' and we want Steph to know that we're behind her 100%... we also hope that she is able to once again get back to Midnight Sun at some point, and (while we don't want her to feel pressured) want her to know how keen we are to see this amazing piece of work in it's INTENDED finished glory....

btw if you have any ideas for an awesome present let us know!

yeh... we should get our money's worth out of that little box lol...

btw I thought it would be awesome to do a one-of-a-kind t-shirt for her...

I wonder if the phrase "I wrote it, it's mine!" would be appropriate? hehe

*laughs* or even better "I wrote him, created him, so Edward belongs to me and only me!"

I was actually thinking maybe we could do what Em does and make an edward or jacob doll?
